Trotz des im Kontrast zum Rest der Serie weniger ambitionierten Staffelfinales, das einige Charaktere recht stiefmütterlich behandelt, brilliert WandaVision nicht nur als detailverliebte Hommage an die größten Sitcoms der letzten 70 Jahre, nicht nur als Weiterführung und Neuausrichtung des MCU, sondern auch und vor allem als eine ergreifende Darstellung der Bewältigung von Trauer über den Verlust eines geliebten Menschen - nicht zuletzt aufgrund der überragenden Leistungen der Hauptdarsteller.
Despite its season finale, which feels less ambitious in contrast to the rest of the series and outright neglects some of its characters, WandaVision shines not only as a meticulously crafted homage to the greatest sitcoms of the last 70 years, not only as a continuation as well as a new start for the MCU, but also and above all as a poignant portrayal of coming to terms with grief over the loss of a loved one - mostly grace to the outstanding performances of the main cast.
